Cancellations or Changes
We begin processing orders right after they have been placed online. If you would like to change your order, please contact us via email at email@example.com within 24-hours of having placed your order online and we will do our best to accommodate your change request before shipping.
Returns on already shipped items (or after 24-hours of online order)
We hope you love your sensory fidget wand! We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Every sensory fidget wand is handcrafted by Zofia and fulfilled by her support team therefore every wand is unique and slightly different. No two wands are exactly the same. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on a damaged wand. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of invoice date.
Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return the sensory fidget wand/s. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. With your return, you will need to include:
a. Your packing slip or invoice from the original order
b, Your packing slip or invoice from the original order
c. Email address
d. Phone number
e. Let us know if you are request a refund or replacement order (1 per order)
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the credit or send you a replacement. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card used at the time of checkout.
