Heidi’s Yellow Flowers is inspired by Zofia’s love of Swiss author Johanna Spyri’s 1880 book Heidi, featuring yellow alpine pasque flowers and other wildflowers found in the mountains of Switzerland. It was painted using oil pastels on black paper.
